Queen Mary 2 arrival
This morning the majestic Queen Mary 2, the biggest passenger cruiser in the world, arrived in Sydney harbour. It was a fabulous view, as the 150,000-tonne ship turns around and glides towards the Opera. It's 23 storeys dwarf the Opera, it is too big to pass the Harbour Bridge. Queen Mary 2 and its 6500 passengers will leave again this evening for its next stop, Hong Kong. But not before Queen Elisabeth 2, her sister ship, arrives, and fireworks lights the sky.
